How to use Ingredients

Ingredients in Veo 3.1 are like reference images but they have a few unique rules and constraints.
Veo Ingredients
You can add any image as an ingredient using the standard ref methods. These images will show in the prompt box top bar, but will not appear as a reference pill within your prompt like a standard reference image. You should describe or mention your ingredients in your prompt in the way that you want them to be used. Veo 3.1 will analyze your Ingredients and prompt description and use your ingredients to infer information from the prompt for your final output video.

If you use Ingredients you cannot use Start and End frames. If you use Start and End Frames you cannot use ingredients.
