Why groups matter
Groups are a fast way to organize the infinite canvas. They help you keep related ideas together and make it easier to decide where new generations should appear.
Ways to create a group
You can create a group by:
- Right-clicking the canvas and choosing Create Group
- Using the group button from the next take box
- Creating a group around work you already want to organize
Generate into a selected group
When a group exists, you can choose it from the group selector in the prompt box. New generations will then appear inside that group until you close or change the target.
When to use groups
Use groups when you want to:
- Separate explorations by idea or scene beat
- Keep references and outputs together
- Prevent the canvas from becoming visually chaotic
Create groups before large prompt runs. They are most effective when they shape the workflow early instead of acting as cleanup after the canvas is already crowded.
