Open the settings menu from the hamburger icon in the upper-left corner of Preview.
What you can manage there
According to the original tutorial, the settings menu is where you manage:
- Story aspect ratio
- Project members
- Global visible metadata
- Status values and status colors
The Metadata tab is where you create new status values and update the colors used for existing statuses.
Use the members and general tabs
- The Members view shows the active project members.
- The General view lets you set the global aspect ratio for the current story.
Set metadata and status colors early in a production. Your production views become much clearer once the project vocabulary is stable.
