What Kanban view is for
Kanban view turns shot information into columns so you can organize work visually and move it through a workflow.
Choose what the columns represent
Use the category selector in the upper-right area of the view to choose which type of metadata should define the columns.
This makes Kanban view useful for organizing by:
- Status
- Assignee
- Other production metadata
Move shots between columns
Drag and drop shots from one column to another to change their assigned value in the chosen category.
Collapse columns when needed
You can collapse a column from the small control in its upper-left corner. This helps when you want to focus on only a few parts of the board.
Kanban view works best when you combine it with production filters. Filter first, then move only the shots that matter for the current review.
